Cantonese Shrimp And Beans - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. pure vegetable oil
    1 1/2 lb. shrimp
    1 clove garlic, mashed
    1/4 c. thinly sliced green onions
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    1 c. chicken broth or 1 chicken bouillon cube dissolved in 1 c. boiling water
    1 pkg. frozen Italian green beans or Chinese snow peas
    1 tsp. cornstarch
    1 tsp. cold water
Preparation
    Heat oil in skillet, saute shrimp, garlic and green peppers 5 minutes.
    Stir in ginger, salt, pepper, chicken broth and beans. Cover and simmer 6 to 8 minutes.
    Combine cornstarch with cold water, stir into shrimp
    mixture and simmer 1 minute longer. Serve on bed of steaming hot rice.
