Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. mashed potatoes
    1 c. sour cream
    1 pkg. cream cheese
    1 tsp. chives
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 c. dry bread crumbs
    1 Tbsp. butter or margarine
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine the first 5 ingredients.
    Put in a 2-quart casserole. Combine bread crumbs with butter and spread over potatoes.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
    Add Cheddar cheese.
