Baked Potato Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2/3 c. margarine
    2/3 c. flour
    7 c. milk
    4 c. baked potatoes (unpeeled), cubed
    4 green onions
    12 pieces bacon, fried and crumbled
    1 1/4 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
    salt and pepper
    1 c. sour cream
Preparation
    Melt margarine; stir in flour.
    Slowly add milk to make a white sauce.
    (I use microwave as does not scorch.)
    Fry bacon and remove.
    Saute onions in bacon drippings.
    Add potatoes, bacon, onions, cheese, salt and pepper to heated milk mixture.
    Return to microwave; heat thoroughly.
    Remove; add sour cream.
    Serves 4 to 6.
