Hot Chicken Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3/4 c. mayo
2 c. cooked diced chicken
2 c. diced celery (cook 5 minutes.)
3/4 c. water chestnuts
1/2 tsp. accent
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. onion juice
1 c. grated american cheese
1 c. crushed plain potato chips
Preparation

Lightly mix all ingredients except cheese and chips.
Pour into 8 x 8 baking dish.
Sprinkle with cheese then chips.
Bake at 300 degrees for 30 minutes.
