Pat Blankenship'S School Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. shortening
    1/2 lb. butter
    1 c. sugar
    3/4 c. powdered milk
    2 1/4 qt. water
    7 1/2 lb. flour
    1/4 c. salt
    1 1/2 c. warm water
    1/2 c. yeast
    1 tsp. sugar
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together.
    Prep yeast by adding to the 1 1/2 cups of warm water and sprinkling a teaspoon of sugar on top. Add to flour mixture.
    Mix well but do not overmix.
    Make into rolls.
    Can be baked immediately or let rise.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
