Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

16 to 20 large, fresh mushrooms
1 small zucchini, shredded (3/4 c.)
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
1 Tbsp. water
1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Remove stems from mushrooms; set caps aside.
Chop stems. Combine stems, zucchini, onion and water.
Cook, stirring constantly over medium heat until vegetables are tender.
Drain. Stir in cheese.
Stuff caps with mixture.
Place in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
Bake at 375\u00b0 for 8 to 10 minutes or until caps are tender.
Serve warm.
