Baked Rice - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 Tbsp. sugar
3 Tbsp. (rounded) rice
1 qt. whole milk
1/2 to 1 tsp. salt
vanilla to taste
nutmeg to taste
Preparation

Put milk, rice, and salt in bowl and bake at 350\u00b0 until almost thick.
Then stir in sugar and vanilla.
Bake few minutes longer. Raisins may be added if desired.
Total baking time will be 2-3 hours; rice needs to be stirred every 15-20 minutes while baking.
