Sweet 'N Sour Meatballs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
    water (amount on back of soup box)
    pepper and salt to taste
    1 c. pineapple juice
    1 Tbsp. cooking oil
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. water
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1 small can pineapple chunks
    1 large pepper, cut into cubes
Preparation
    Mix first 4 ingredients and shape mixture into bite size balls; brown.
    Add pineapple juice to oil and cook slightly over low heat. Add a mixture of cornstarch, soy sauce, vinegar, water and sugar. Cook until thick, stirring constantly.
    Add meatballs, pineapple chunks and green/red pepper.
    Cook for about 3 minutes, until heated through.
