Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. rice
    2 1/4 c. bouillon or 2 1/4 c. water with 3 chicken bouillon cubes
    1 tsp. each minced onion, celery and green pepper
    1 (4 oz.) can green Ortega chili peppers
    1 (16 oz.) sour cream
    3/4 to 1 lb. Jack cheese
    grated Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cook rice in bouillon with onion, celery and green pepper added.
    Seed, wash and cut up chili peppers.
    In buttered casserole, put a layer of rice, 1/3 of the sour cream, 1/3 of the chilies and 1/2 of the Jack cheese.
    Repeat layers.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 30 minutes.
    The last 5 minutes, cover with Cheddar cheese.
