Marinated Carrots - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. carrots, peeled and sliced
1 onion, diced
1/2 c. salad oil
3/4 c. vinegar
1 c. sugar
1 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 can tomato soup
1 green pepper, diced
Preparation

Cook carrots until medium tender. Drain.
Add onion and green pepper. Mix oil, sugar and vinegar.
Heat until sugar dissolves. Add dry mustard and tomato soup.
Mix and pour over vegetables. Cover and refrigerate.
Keeps 6 weeks.
