Shoo-Fly Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 c. molasses
    3/4 tsp. soda
    3/4 c. boiling water
    1 (9-inch ) pie shell, unbaked
    2 1/4 c. flour
    6 Tbsp. shortening
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    3/4 tsp. cinnamon
Preparation
    Combine
    molasses,
    soda and water and\tpour
    into
    pie shell. Rub together flour, shortening,
    sugar
    and
    cinnamon. Sprinkle on top of molasses, soda and water\tmixture.
    Bake in moderate oven at 350\u00b0 until filling is a rich
    brown, about 35 minutes.
