Curried Rice Mix - cooking recipe
Ingredients
- 
                            4 c. uncooked long-grain rice
 
1/4 c. dried green onion flakes (or minced onion)
2 Tbsp. dried orange rind
2 Tbsp. plus 2 tsp. chicken-flavored bouillon granules
2 Tbsp. dried parsley flakes
1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. curry powder
1 c. mixed dried fruit, chopped
1/2 c. raisins
1 c. slivered almonds
Preparation
- 
                            Combine all ingredients; stir well.
 
Store in an airtight container.
Yields 7 cups mix.
