Off-Beat Carrots - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 to 10 carrots
    1 c. mayonnaise
    2 tsp. horseradish
    4 Tbsp. chopped onion
    5 to 6 slices grated bread crumbs
    1/4 c. melted butter
Preparation
    Scrape, wash and slice carrots.
    Cook with some water in saucepan until tender.
    Drain.
    Mix mayonnaise, horseradish and onion and add to cooked carrots.
    Mix bread crumbs and melted butter.
    Spread on top of carrots.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes or until brown.
