Asparagus-Cucumber Mold - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (3 oz.) pkg. lime flavored gelatin
1/2 c. boiling water
1 (10 oz.) can cream of asparagus soup, undiluted
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/8 tsp. white pepper
1 c. chopped cucumber
1/4 c. chopped celery
1/4 c. diced onion
1/4 c. minced fresh parsley
Preparation

Dissolve gelatin in boiling
water;
let cool.\tCombine soup, mayonnaise and pepper;
stir
into gelatin mixture.
Add remaining ingredients, mixing well.
Pour into a lightly oiled 4-cup mold; chill until firm.
Yield: 8 servings.
