Smoked Arctic Salmon Log - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. (2 c.) cooked salmon
8 oz. cream cheese, softened
1 1/2 tsp. fresh lemon juice
1 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
1 Tbsp. horseradish
1 1/2 tsp. liquid smoke
2 Tbsp. grated onion
2 Tbsp. mayo
3/4 c. chopped pecans
Preparation

Combine all ingredients, except fish and pecans.
After mixing these items, stir in fish.
Chill in a fish mold, or shape into a log after rolling in pecans.
Serve with cocktail rye squares or crackers.
