Fluffy Dumplings - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 or 3 Tbsp. milk
1 c. sifted flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2 Tbsp. salad oil
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients and mix.
Combine milk and oil.
Add to dry ingredients.
Stir until moist.
Drop from tablespoon on top of bubbling broth, or stew.
Cover tightly.
Bring to a boil and then reduce heat.
(Do not lift lid.)
Simmer 12 to 15 minutes. Makes 5 servings.
