Ritz Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 chicken breasts
1 8 oz. sour cream
1 stack Ritz crackers
Sliced water chestnuts
1 stick butter
2 cans cream of chicken soup
Preparation

Boil chicken until done and remove from bone.
Cut into small pieces.
Place on bottom of a casserole dish.
Combine chestnuts, sour cream, water, and soup.
Spread over chicken.
Crush crackers and spread them over the soup mixture.
Melt butter and drizzle it over the crackers.
Bake at 350 degrees for 30 - 35 minutes.
