Chicken-Rice-Noodle Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 to 4 chicken breasts with skin
4 to 6 oz. spaghetti
2 c. Minute rice
Preparation

Boil chicken breasts in large pot until done.
When breasts are done, remove from pot (save broth).
Let breasts cool then cut into small chunks.
Let broth come to boil on stove.
Add spaghetti noodles (break in thirds) to broth.
Turn stove to medium and add chicken pieces.
Salt and pepper to taste.
When noodles are done, add rice.
Turn off for 10 to 15 minutes.
Stir and serve.
