Brownie Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. flour
    1/3 c. white sugar
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 Tbsp. cocoa
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. milk
    1 Tbsp. melted shortening
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/4 c. chopped nuts
    1/2 c. packed brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. cocoa
Preparation
    Mix together the flour, white sugar, baking powder, 1 tablespoon cocoa and salt.
    Mix only until smooth.
    Add milk, shortening, vanilla and nuts.
    Spread into a greased 8 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Mix together brown sugar and 2 tablespoons cocoa and sprinkle over batter.
    Pour 1 cup boiling water over batter. This forms sauce in bottom of the pan as pudding is baked. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
