Oriental Oven Baked Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. chicken parts
    1 can tomato soup
    3 Tbsp. vinegar
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1/2 tsp. ground ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Combine soup, vinegar, brown sugar, soy sauce, ginger and garlic powder.
    In 3-quart oblong baking dish, arrange chicken. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Spoon off fat.
    Spoon soup mixture over chicken.
    Bake 30 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink and juices run clear.
    Sift sauce; serve with rice if desired. (Skin can be removed from chicken before baking.)
    Makes 4 servings.
