Chocolate Scotcheroos - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1 c. light corn syrup
    1 c. peanut butter
    6 c. Rice Krispies
    6 oz. chocolate chips
    6 oz. butterscotch chips
Preparation
    Combine sugar and syrup.
    Cook over moderate heat until mixture begins to bubble.
    Remove from heat.
    Add peanut butter and Rice Krispies.
    Pour into a greased 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Melt chips over hot water.
    Spread evenly over Rice Krispie mixture.
    Cut into bars when cool.
