Macaroni And Cheese - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 Tbsp. margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    little pepper
    3 c. milk
    8 to 12 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese (sharp, extra sharp)
    3/4 to 1 lb. macaroni (elbows)
Preparation
    In pot, melt margarine.
    Put flour and pepper in margarine and blend.
    Add milk and stir until margarine mixture is melted.
    Add cheese and stir until melted.
    Cook macaroni as directed.
    Put macaroni in 13 x 9-inch baking dish.
    Put cheese mixture over macaroni.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
