Pumpkin Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
1 (6 oz.) cream cheese
1 1/4 c. cooking oil
4 eggs
1 c. pumpkin
1 tsp. vanilla flavoring
2 c. self-rising flour
1/2 to 1 stick oleo
3/4 to 1 box confectioners sugar
1 c. pecans
2 tsp. vanilla flavoring

Preparation

Mix together sugar, flour and cinnamon.
Add oil, eggs, vanilla and pumpkin.
Pour into a greased tube pan and bake for 1 hour at 325\u00b0.
Let cool completely.
