Chicken Imperial - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/3 c. dry sherry
    4 Tbsp. butter, melted
    2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. dried oregano
    1 tsp. curry powder
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/2 tsp. garlic powder
    1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 to 3 dashes hot pepper sauce (optional)
    2 to 3 lb. boneless chicken thighs
Preparation
    In 1-quart saucepan, combine first 10 ingredients and simmer for 5 minutes.
    Arrange chicken in a large roasting pan.
    Pour liquid mixture over chicken.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, basting frequently with juices.
