Melissa'S Coffee Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 1/4 c. sifted all-purpose flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. soft butter
1 c. light brown sugar
2 eggs
1 c. milk
1/2 c. white sugar
1/4 c. butter or margarine
1 Tbsp. cinnamon

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking pan.
Sift 2 3/4 cups flour with baking powder and salt.
In large mixing bowl, with electric mixer at medium speed, beat butter with brown sugar and eggs.
Beat until mixture is light and fluffy.
At low speed, blend in milk, then flour mixture; beat just to combine.
Turn batter into prepared pan, spreading evenly.
