Stoby'S Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. water
    1 c. Coffee-mate
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. cumin powder
    2 tsp. mustard powder
    1 tsp. onion powder
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 3/4 sticks margarine
    1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c. picante sauce
    1/3 can chili without beans
    1 tsp. lemon juice
Preparation
    Bring first 6 ingredients to a boil.
    Add Velveeta.
    In another bowl mix margarine and flour.
    Add to other mixture.
    Add picante sauce, chili and lemon juice. Simmer.
