Sugarless Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 c. raisins
1 c. diced dried fruit
2 c. water
2 c. all-purpose flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. unsweetened applesauce
2 Tbsp. liquid sweetener
3/4 c. vegetable oil
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts

Preparation

Combine raisins, fruit and water in a pan; cook, uncovered, until water is evaporated and fruit is soft.
Set aside to cool.
