Cheesecake Squares - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. flour
    1/3 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1/3 c. melted butter
    8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 egg
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 Tbsp. milk
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    With fork, stir until crumbly the flour, brown sugar, nuts and butter.
    With spoon, reserve enough to fill a cup and press the rest into an 8 x 8 x 2-inch pan.
    Bake in preheated 350\u00b0 oven for 12 to 15 minutes.
    Beat together remaining ingredients until smooth.
    Pour into crust.
    Sprinkle with saved topping.
    Return to oven for 25 minutes.
    Cool completely.
    Cut into bars.
    Store in refrigerator.
