Ingredients

10 to 12 portions instant potatoes
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 c. sour cream
1 Tbsp. chives

Preparation

Prepare potatoes as directed on package.
Mix in other ingredients.
Cover and refrigerate overnight.
Uncover and bake for 1 hour at 350\u00b0.
