Hummingbird Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. soda
    3 eggs, beaten
    1 1/2 c. cooking oil
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1 (8 oz.) can crushed pineapple, undrained
    1 c. chopped pecans
    2 c. chopped bananas
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Add eggs and oil and stir until dry ingredients are moistened.
    Do not beat. Stir in vanilla, chopped nuts and bananas.
    Spoon batter into 3 well-greased and floured 9-inch pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
