Ingredients

1/2 English muffin
1 slice bacon
1 egg
2 Tbsp. pizza sauce
1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Toast the English muffin.
Place on a plate.
In a skillet, fry the bacon until crisp.
Drain on a paper towel.
Reduce the heat.
Break the egg into the skillet; cook to desired firmness. Slide egg onto the muffin.
Crumble the crisp bacon over the egg. Pour excess fat out of the skillet.
Heat pizza sauce and pour over egg.
Sprinkle cheese over all.
