Raspberry Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen raspberries, thawed
    1 c. white wine vinegar or white vinegar
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    1/4 c. water
Preparation
    Drain raspberries carefully in fine strainer.
    Don't push pulp through strainer.
    Let stand 10 minutes.
    Place a disposable coffee filter in a strainer over a medium bowl.
    Pour raspberry juice into filter.
    Should have 1/2 cup clear juices.
