Tabooley - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cracked wheat (fine)
    1 bunch green onions
    2 bunches parsley
    1/2 bunch mint
    4 large tomatoes
    juice of 1 1/2 to 2 lemons
    olive oil or vegetable oil
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Soak wheat in water a few minutes.
    Squeeze dry between palms of hands.
    Chop onions, parsley, mint and tomatoes very fine.
    Add wheat, lemon juice, oil, salt and pepper.
    Mix well.
    Serve on fresh lettuce.
    Serves 6.
