Orange-Ginger Pork Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pork roast (approximately 1/2 lb. per person)*
    1/4 to 1/2 c. honey**
    1 can frozen orange juice concentrate
    1 Tbsp. ginger
    1/2 Tbsp. cinnamon
    brandy (optional)
