Cream Of Broccoli Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 bunch broccoli, chopped and parboiled
    1 stick margarine
    4 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    1 1/2 tsp. chicken granules
    1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
    pepper to taste
Preparation
    Melt margarine over medium heat.
    Add flour.
    Slowly stir in 2 cups of milk.
    When slightly thickened, slowly add rest of milk, chicken granules, broccoli and cheese.
    Stir until smooth and thick.
