Chicken Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 whole chicken or 4 breast pieces (for low-fat)
    1/2 c. flour
    1 1/2 to 2 c. broth (from chicken)
    1 1/2 c. cheese, sliced (American, Swiss or Velveeta)
    1 or 2 pkg. broccoli (frozen)
    1 c. instant rice
    1 c. water
    1/2 stick margarine
Preparation
    Boil chicken, debone and retain broth (1 1/2 to 2 cups). Prepare rice with equal parts water in 2 to 3-quart pan.
    Melt margarine and mix in flour.
    Add broth slowly, stirring constantly, then melt cheese in the sauce.
    Defrost broccoli and cut into small pieces.
