Lobster Dip - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 (8 oz.) can lobster, shrimp or crabmeat
2 Tbsp. butter or margarine
2 Tbsp. onion, chopped
2 Tbsp. green pepper, chopped
1 Tbsp. flour
1/2 c. light cream
1 can cream of mushroom soup
dash of nutmeg
1/2 c. Cheddar cheese
2 Tbsp. dry sherry
Preparation

Saute onion and green pepper in butter or margarine.
Then add remaining ingredients.
