Kahlua - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. water
3 c. sugar
8 tsp. instant coffee
4 tsp. vanilla
1 c. Everclear (190 proof)

Preparation

Bring the first 3 ingredients to a boil for 1 hour.
Let set until room temperature. Add the vanilla and Everclear.
Bottle. Let set 24 hours.
