Tangy Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1.0 oz.) pkg. original Ranch salad dressing mix
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    32 oz. frozen vegetable medley
Preparation
    Combine dry salad dressing mix with oil in large casserole dish.
    Add vegetables and toss to coat.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 30 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes.
