Artichoke Spinach Pasta Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 oz. pasta (rigatoni)
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1/4 c. red wine vinegar
    1 (.7 oz.) envelope dry Italian Style salad dressing
    6 c. fresh spinach, washed and torn into bite-size pieces
    16 cherry tomatoes
    1 (14 oz.) can artichoke hearts, quartered
    4 oz. Mozzarella cheese, cubed
    fresh black pepper
Preparation
    Cook pasta; drain and rinse with cold water. Combine cooled pasta, spinach, tomatoes, artichokes and cheese in a large bowl; toss gently.
