Cold Tomato - Yogurt Soup - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 1/2 lb. ripe tomatoes, peeled, seeded and chopped
2 c. plain yogurt
1 clove garlic, pressed
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/4 tsp. curry powder
juice of 1 lemon
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. freshly ground pepper
plain yogurt and minced fresh parsley (garnish)
Preparation

Puree tomatoes in processor or blender.
Add remaining ingredients except garnish and mix until smooth.
Taste and adjust seasoning.
Pour into bowl, cover and chill well.
Garnish each serving with yogurt and minced parsley.
