Caramel Corn - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. butter
    2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. corn syrup
    6 qt. popped popcorn
    1 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Melt butter.
    Stir in sugar, syrup and salt.
    Bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
    Boil without stirring for 5 minutes.
    Remove from heat.
    Stir in baking soda and vanilla.
    Gradually pour over popcorn; mix well.
    Spread into large shallow baking pans or cookie sheets.
    Bake in oven at 250\u00b0 for 1 hour.
