Broiled Scallops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. scallops
    2 Tbsp. butter
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1 clove garlic, chopped
    black pepper to taste
    Parmesan cheese
    lemon slices
Preparation
    Melt butter in saucepan.
    Saute garlic.
    Place scallops in oiled baking dish; pour butter over them.
    Sprinkle salt, pepper and cheese over scallops and broil 6 to 8 minutes.
    Serve with lemon slices.
