Italian Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken breast halves, skinned and boned
    3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
    1 egg, beaten
    1/3 c. fine dry bread crumbs
    2 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. dried whole basil
    1/2 tsp. dried whole oregano
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
Preparation
    Dredge each chicken breast halve in flour; dip in egg and coat with bread crumbs.
    Heat vegetable oil in a skillet over medium high heat.
    Cook chicken 2 minutes on each side or until golden brown.
    Place chicken in a 9-inch square baking dish; set aside. Combine remaining ingredients, mixing well.
    Pour over chicken. Cover and bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
