Confetti Refrigerator Dessert - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. Betty Crocker confetti Angel Food cake mix
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
    1 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. chilled whipping cream
    1 (10 oz.) jar maraschino cherries, drained
    1 c. miniature marshmallows
Preparation
    Bake and cool cake as directed on package.
    Tear cake into about 1-inch pieces.
    Beat cream cheese, sugar and vanilla in large bowl on medium speed, scraping bowl occasionally until smooth and creamy.
    Beat whipping cream in chilled bowl until stiff.
    Gently fold whipped cream, cherries and marshmallows into cream cheese mixture.
    Toss cake pieces and cream cheese mixture. Turn into 2-quart casserole.
    Refrigerate until set, about 8 hours.
    Refrigerate any remaining dessert.
    Makes 12 to 16 servings.
