Pork Chop Supreme - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 lean pork chops (1-inch thick)
    4 thick onion slices
    4 thin lemon or orange slices
    1/4 c. brown sugar, packed
    1/4 c. catsup
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Season with salt, if desired.
    Place chops in large baking dish.
    Top each chop with an onion slice and a lemon or orange slice.
    Place 1 tablespoon brown sugar and 1 tablespoon catsup on each chop.
    Cover and bake 1 hour.
    Uncover and bake at 15 to 20 minutes or until browned.
