Cheese Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. graham cracker crumbs
1/2 c. melted margarine
1 can pie filling for topping
1 egg
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. lemon
1/2 c. sugar
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
Preparation

Beat together egg, sugar, cream cheese, vanilla and lemon extracts.
Set aside.
Press graham cracker crumb mixture into 9 or 10-inch pie plate.
Pour cream cheese mixture into graham cracker crust and bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 25 minutes or until toothpick comes out clean.
Cool and pour your favorite pie filling on top.
