Pecan Crunchies - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. butter or margarine
1/2 c. shortening
1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
2 eggs, slightly beaten
2 1/2 c. all-purpose flour
1/2 tsp. soda
1 c. chopped pecans
1 c. sugar
Preparation
-
Cream butter, shortening and sugar until light and fluffy. Add eggs, flour, soda and pecans.
Stir until well blended.
Drop by teaspoon onto greased cookie sheet.
Bake at 275\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
