Chess Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. sugar
    2 sticks margarine, melted
    6 eggs
    1 Tbsp. vanilla
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 Tbsp. corn meal
Preparation
    Cream sugar and margarine together.
    Add eggs, one at a time, mixing well.
    Add vanilla, vinegar and corn meal.
    Mix and pour into 2 (10-inch) unbaked pie shells.
    Bake at 275\u00b0 or 300\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until firm in center.
