Spinach Stuffed Shells - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 box shells
    3 boxes spinach souffle, defrosted
    1/2 c. grated Swiss cheese
    1/3 c. dry vermouth
    2 Tbsp. flour, mixed with a little milk
    2 c. milk
    salt and pepper
Preparation
    Cook shells.
    Fill with spinach souffle.
    Make a cheese sauce with the last 4 ingredients.
    Season with salt and pepper as it cooks.
    Stir constantly until cheese melts.
    Pour over shells. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1/2 hour.
